Technical Rider:
The Real McCoy Show (self-contained, indoors/outdoors)
- A verbal physical comedy show that consists of sleight of hand, juggling, acrobatics, balance, improvisation, and audience participation.
- DOES NOT use water, or animals.
- Fire is outdoors only, and OPTIONAL.
- Knives are OPTIONAL
Time:
- Running time: 30-45 minutes
- Setup: 10 minutes
- Take-down: 10 minutes
Indoor Stage:
- A level, hard surface. Minimum dimensions: 15' wide x 10’ deep by 12’ high.
- Bigger spaces are generally better. If the stage is elevated, there should be stairs for easy access to the audience.
Outdoor Stage:
- A level, hard surface. Minimum dimensions: 20' circular space plus room for audience.
- If under a canopy, minimum 12' height, with easy access to the audience.
Indoor Lights and Sound:
- The show requires no lighting cues. A general wash is all that's necessary.
- Sound can be run from Brent's own PA, or can be run from the house PA if sound technician is available.
Outdoor Lights and Sound:
- The Real McCoy Show is totally self-contained. Should the performance be happening after dark, however, please make sure there is ample lighting in the venue.

BLuNdEr CoNsTrUcTiOn (indoor show)
- A physical comedy show that consists of sleight of hand, juggling, acrobatics, balance, improvisation, and audience participation.
- DOES NOT use fire, knives, water, or animals.
Board Operator
- For Full version of BLuNdEr CoNsTrUcTiOn, a board-operator for lights and sound, as well as one person to assist backstage are required. However, the show can run without a board operator, with only minor cues cut out.
Time:
- Running time: 45 - 60 minutes
- Setup: 60 minutes
- Take-down: 30 minutes
Stage:
- A level, hard surface. Minimum dimensions: 15' wide x 10’ deep by 12’ high.
- Bigger spaces are generally better, and a traditional theater with wings and back crossway is best. If the stage is elevated, there should be stairs for easy access to the audience.
Power
- Brent travels with a portable light fixture, which requires an outlet at the back of the audience, to which he plugs in a 100ft extension cord.
Light Plot:
- General Wash lighting is all that's necessary. Preferable to be able to dim and/or blackout.
